played this in concert yesterday. being conducted by johan de meij himself. no big deal (it is a big deal im totes gloating right now)

by the way the piece is actually scored for wind ensemble (which is how we played it) but it was transcibed for orchestra so orchestras could play it (ie the lso) but for the third movement a soprano sax is still used because only it can make the sounds required.
